Following the announcement, Beter will stop all business operations with national operator partners and notify all co-operation with suppliers based in Russia.
Notwithstanding the temporary shutdown of tournament organisers Setka Cup and Esportsbattle in Ukraine, Beter will keep providing its services from several sites spread around the EU.
"With the present situation we consider ourselves unable to continue doing business with a country that has affected the life of so many of our Beter partners and stakeholders based in Ukraine," Gal Ehrlich, CEO of Beter said. This is the reason nobody can stay apathetic.
"We are really worried about the war Russia began in Ukraine; so, termination of all our activities in Russia with operators and suppliers is absolutely necessary.
"We stand in these turbulent times alongside Ukraine. Still, we recognise the promise of the Ukrainian market and intend to shortly re-establish our offices in many Ukrainian cities.
Responding to the problem, the company is already developing strategies to increase its content in the next weeks by growing its Europe-based activities.
The announcement followed several other gambling companies severing relationships with Russia over the continuing invasion of Ukraine.
